A Culture of Achievement
Respect
Seaton students respect themselves and others. No student is allowed to interfere with the rights, safety or learning of others. Seaton has low levels of harassment. Harassment is met with strong consequences.
Responsibility
Seaton students accept responsibility for their learning and their actions.
They take responsibility for self-organisation, self-discipline and completion of work.
Achievement
All students are expected to achieve academic success. Our school promotes intellectually challenging, active learning. We create opportunities for the recognition and celebration of students' achievements.
Wellbeing
We value and promote students' personal development and enjoyment during their education. Seaton offers many personal development and leadership programs to build responsibility, self-esteem and a positive attitude towards success.
Graduate Qualities
Seaton educates the whole person to develop a set of positive values and skills that we call our Graduate Qualities: teamwork, organisation, confidence, persistence, co-operation and aiming high. These qualities underpin students' academic success.
